- Reward Points can be earned and redeemed for dine in at Thai Flavors, Des Moines, Iowa only .To earns points and redeem points; the card member must present their Reward Card to Thai Flavors. Points will only be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date.
- You will be awarded one (1) point for every $ 6 Purchased Excluded Taxes and Gratuity. Price will be round down to the nearest whole number of purchase. Your dining receipt will serve as confirmation that the points were credited to your account

- You can earn DOUBLE points as a special gift on your Birthday. Bonus will be given to each cardholder during the month of the cardholder’s birthday, if provided.
- Rewards Cards are not redeemable for cash. Reward Points and Reward Cards have no cash value and are purely promotional.
- Rewards Cards do not have an expiration date.
- Thai Flavors will not be responsible for lost or stolen Reward Cards.
- If your purchase is less than the Rewards Card amount, unused balance will remain on your Rewards Card account for use on another purchase.
- Cards may not be used with any other offers or gift cards. Cards may not be used for the purchase of gift cards. No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion. No cash redemptions allowed
- Thai Flavors reserve the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or to close customer accounts and request alternate forms of payment in the event of fraud or misuse through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other current Thai Flavors Reward Points program rules.
